When preparing for a new design you should assemble the following files for your web designer.
- Corporate style guide for printed or electronic materials
- Names of typefaces
- Pantone, CMYK or RGB preferred colors
- Logo in digital format (vector format or high resolution raster)
- Photographs of desired or suggested material i.e. key personnel, products, locations, events, community service, projects
- Samples of all print materials i.e. flyers, brochures, ads
- Audio and video clips i.e. advertisements or promotional materials
- Digital or multimedia materials i.e. promotional cds or dvds
- Samples of newspaper or magazine article or advertisements
- Accreditation seals and membership logos
- Maps to location
- Written permission to use any copyrighted materials
- A list of potential domain names you want to register
