Discover the folklore of the saying: “Wear your heart on your sleeve.” In the Middle Ages, Young lovers drew names from a bowl to see who their Valentine would be. The names would be worn on their sleeve for one week. The saying ” Wear Your Heart on Your Sleeve” comes from this early tradition.
